Refund policy
If you have ordered the product you are expecting, you can make a booking within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be in unaltered condition, i.e. they must have the original labels and may include full instructions for use.
You can make a return in 2 ways:
- Free return at the shop premises (by appointment).
- With return by courier or polish post.
Return products following the instructions:
-attach the return form
-deliver the parcel to the following address: RRD24 9 Pustułeczki Street, 02-811 Warsaw.
The cost of return is paid by the consumer.
